REFUND POLICY

At Celyra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any request beyond 7 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange for replacement or initiate a refund as per mutual agreement.

3. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • Requests made after the return window has expired.
  • Minor color variations due to display differences.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
